Providence Agency Services LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company. It is not an insurance carrier. Insurance products and services are offered only through appropriately licensed personnel and authorized entities, and only where permitted by applicable law.
Licensed activity
Solicitation, recommendation, placement, enrollment, and servicing are performed by the responsible licensed professional or authorized partner. The applicable license, appointment, jurisdiction, and product authority must be confirmed before any regulated activity is performed.
Administrative and partner support
Providence may provide administrative coordination, scheduling, document management, bilingual communication, and stakeholder support under an approved scope. Those services do not replace the duties of a licensed producer, carrier, government contracting officer, or other authorized decision-maker.
Verification
License numbers, appointments, registrations, and insurance details should be verified against current state or carrier records before a proposal, referral, enrollment, or subcontract is submitted. No license, certification, contract award, coverage approval, savings, or outcome is guaranteed.
