Scope and licensing

Government teaming

Providence may support qualified prime contractors under written subcontracting or teaming arrangements. Team arrangements are subject to the solicitation, prime approval, responsibility determinations, licensing, cybersecurity, insurance, and data-handling requirements that apply to the opportunity, including any applicable FAR Subpart 9.6 requirements.

Privacy and data handling

Do not submit Social Security numbers, full Medicare numbers, protected health information, passwords, financial-account numbers, or other sensitive personal information through public forms. Data handling procedures, retention, access, and disclosures must be documented before a project begins.

Security controls, vendor requirements, incident escalation, and accessibility practices must be reviewed for each engagement. This page is an operational overview and does not represent a certification.

Conflict of interest and anti-bribery

Providence does not offer or accept improper payments, gifts, or other benefits intended to influence a contracting decision. Potential conflicts, affiliate relationships, and organizational interests must be disclosed and reviewed before a proposal or subcontract is submitted.

Verification record

UEI, CAGE code, licenses, registrations, insurance, staffing, certifications, and past performance must be confirmed against current records. Pending or placeholder information must not be presented as verified.

Required review before submission

  • Confirm the legal entity name and current registration records.
  • Confirm the responsible licensed professional or authorized partner.
  • Confirm the scope, data handling, insurance, and cybersecurity terms in writing.
  • Confirm that every capability, certification, and past-performance statement is accurate.
  • Obtain human and legal review where the solicitation requires it.
